Can you cap Elite skills for your secondary profession?

If you can, do they become available for any character you create using that profession?

Ie. I have a E/W..can I cap Charge & then have it available for my W/Mo??

you can cap elites from your secondary, but the elite is only useable on that character.

You can cap Elite Skills for your secondary profession. They will NOT be able available for your other PvE characters. They will be made avaiable for your PvP characters but your W/Mo will not have "Charge" if you cap it on your E/W. When you make a new PvE Character you have to recap all the elite skills as they dont transfer over from your other characters.

Question about a similar theory: if I unlock a skill using balth faction, is the same skill available for purchase for my PvE toons?

If it's not elite, then yes. Unless they changed something and no one told me. I did this a few times at the beginning of nightfall.

Yes, this still works. Some people unlock high-end non-elites, buy them with PvE chars, then farm glad points in low-level arenas. Some people find PvE easier using these skills. Some people have too much money and unlock every skill via. buying them at Ember Light Camp (or the Factions/Nightfall equivalent), then buying them all again with a low-level char at Ascalon.

Anyway, this still works.
